What a scam!

Crashes every time. Would be cool if it worked though.

I have paid for this app and it starts off good till an update and then you cant get it to pull up. Then when I report it Im told to uninstall the app and re download the app. And all the books, one by one. Its a pain to do that every time. The people I have texted are very nice and helpful but it is still down time. Its down more than its up. Please help me again. Thanks

App works wonderfully now that the developers fixed the startup crash. Really awesome app and worth the money. iOS 8 redesign looks great and has some cool features with lots of manuals to choose from. Really great app.

Do not buy this. The publications will not download.

Terrible use of the medium. If the content was reformatted into scalable plain text (ala Kindle) it would be 100x more useful. As is, its a p.i.t.a. to read these image-based PDFs on anything less than an iPad, and even then...

I strongly agree with sjm49 on this issue. Paying the app creator for his/her efforts to write the app is one thing but paying to access manuals that are freely available on the web, especially when the cost of originals came from tax revenue is entirely out of line.

Excellent reference. A must have

I got this a while back, and it never worked, so I contacted them for help. They said it would be right after the planned update. However that never happened and I could not pry any help out of them, so the AP was deleted. I received a total of 5 manuals mostly not the ones I was interested in. I just reloaded it and tried again, hoping that after all this time it might work better. That doesnt seem to be happening. My advise is to skip this AP and just buy or find hard copies of the manuals you need. Besides An electronic copy might not even work if you have it, while a book is always there This is a waste of money...

Complete waste of time

Absolutely no reason for this app. It is all info available free. Dont waste your money. I want a refund but no reply from the maker. Total garbage.

It used to be free now manuals are in app purchases. Just dont do it!

UPDATE: Sent an email to developers and got a reply quickly. They found the bugs, fixed them and now app is running better than ever. Excellent customer service. Ive moved my rating up to a 5. I downloaded the latest version of what usually is an excellent product, but sadly having many problems. It keeps crashing and closing the app. You need to restore previous purchases, but it gets stuck on certain books and the loading progress icon just spins (then crashes). Hope version 5.0.1 is released quickly.

Update: This app vacillates between being absolutely useless when the new version comes out; and just average useful once the developers test and iron out all the bugs. Also some of of the PDFs "Tables of contents" dont show up properly. Could be a better app if the developers actually tested it before releasing it. And, as other reviewers have said, manuals seem to come and go without explanation. Once bugs are ironed out its a serviceable three stars. **** Like everyone else, I upgraded, then attempted to upgrade my All Purchases... Yes, two password dialogs, then... No dice. No downloading nor feedback. Yes, I left my iPad 3 alone for 30min. Ping pong emails to their Support, no real solution. Then after a few days, trying again, reading contradictory instructions (if you purchased all dont select single manuals try downloading singles).. Personally until the Dev fixes their IAP process, this App is off my devices. The previous version? 3-4 stars. This one? Unusable manuals, actually LESS than what I purchased (down to 23 from 25 manuals w no explanation)... So. There it is. My rare 1-star review.

Recent upgrade deleted all the manuals and now makes you pay for each individually - even the ones you already had! Dont bother...

Used to be a good app with plenty of awesome free information. Now they took all of your manuals & you have to pay to get them back. Deleting app

The latest update ruined the app and all books previously stored in the app now require you to pay a fee, even if purchased prior to update. Deleting app now. Shame.
