Mostly it doesnt work, and customer service does nothing.

I got this a while back, and it never worked, so I contacted them for help. They said it would be right after the planned update.
However that never happened and I could not pry any help out of them, so the AP was deleted. I received a total of 5 manuals mostly not the ones I was interested in.
I just reloaded it and tried again, hoping that after all this time it might work better. That doesnt seem to be happening.
My advise is to skip this AP and just buy or find hard copies of the manuals you need.

An electronic copy might not even work if you have it, while a book is always there
